Marjorie Bunce, from Senator Kohl's office
was in attendance at this meeting, as were several of our members.

and states she plans to attend when possible.
Marjorie informed us of a breakfast with Senator
Kohl on Saturday morning, at the upcoming convention on the
13 and 14th of June. Handouts from Senator Kohl's office were
distributed among the members asking for problems and opinions

State Democratic Convention. We need to get rooms reserved early,
as they are limited.
The subject of our sunshine fund was raised;
there is a need to have more definite rules on whom the recipients
should be and what an appropriate recognition should be. It
was moved by Harold Kringle that we limit this recognition to
cards signed by members at the meetings. There was an amendment
suggesting that further recognition could be possible, such
as plants or gifts. If determined by officers of the organization.
That amendment was withdrawn, and a further amendment was presented
to bring up all possible occasions for recognition and put them
to a vote or take up a collection at the appropriate meeting.
This motion was passed by a voice vote by members present.
We had discussed raffling off a flag that has
